Personal Training


One-on-One Personal Training includes

  • 1 hour sessions
  • Performed in Private Facility
  • Dynamic warm up and cool down
  • Partial Exercise plan development for on-your-own workouts
  • Workout Videos


One-On-One Personal Training are 1 hour session done at Evoke Fitness or at your residence or personal gym. Sessions will generally consist of an active warm up, muscle exercise and active cool down. Prior to your first session a welcome email will be sent with forms to sign and access to the client portal to give pertinent information so our trainers can adequately assess you and your individual needs.
